What I’ve been doing since 1977!

I am Senior Vice President of Selig Enterprises in Atlanta. Selig is a privately held

commercial real estate and development company based in Atlanta.  My expertise is mixed-use, with a heavy focus on street front retail.  Please visit www.12thandmidtown.com, which is the latest project I have been involved with.  I have been active for many years in various professional organizations including CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women), former President of the Atlanta Chapter;  NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties) and ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers).

 

On a personal note, I am happily married to Bill Sullivan (no relation to Kelly Sullivan, that I know of).  Bill and I have been married for seven years and have many common interests.   We have three grown children from Bill’s previous marriage and  two adorable kitties….Dolce & Gabbi. 

 

My hobbies include golf, running, writing, cooking and entertaining.

 

Atlanta has been home for almost 25 years….so I guess that almost makes me a “native” – at least by Atlanta standards.

 

My fondest memories of  high school and living in the C-K communities!

I attended Kenova Grade School for Grades 1-2; Ceredo Grade School for Grades 3-6 and then C-K High School for Grades 7-10.

Our family moved to Ashland, KY in 1975, so I attended my last two years of high school at Paul Blazer.

Even though I graduated from another school, C-K and the many friends I made through the years, will always be special to me.
